- ➤ Scammers sent fake court documents on August 7th that impersonated judges, FBI agents and county deputies to demand thousands via Bitcoin and mobile apps, and the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office reported over 100 cases per month—officials warned that law enforcement would not request payments in this manner. - ➤ Marysville City Councilmember Peter Condyles earned a Certificate of Municipal Leadership from the Association of Washington Cities after completing more than 30 hours of training in five core areas—legal, budgeting, land use, community building and leadership.
