Marysville City Council approved interim middle housing rules on Monday to block a state model code from automatically taking effect and gave staff time to study exemptions — final regulations are expected by October, with a public hearing scheduled for July 14.
The ordinance allows most residential areas to add duplexes, triplexes and townhomes to meet regional housing targets.
