Hiring challenges, skills gaps, employee retention, and preparing the next generation of talent are issues no employer can solve alone.
On Wednesday, November 18 , Economic Alliance Snohomish County, in partnership with Snohomish STEM Network, will bring together employers, educators, training providers, and workforce leaders for the Workforce Action Summit: Advancing Regional Talent Strategies at Hotel Indigo Seattle Everett Waterfront.
This half-day working session will focus on the workforce needs of Snohomish County’s Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Maritime industries . Attendees will hear directly from industry leaders, learn about existing workforce resources, share what’s happening on the ground, and identify opportunities for stronger regional collaboration.
The Summit is presented by The Boeing Company, Kaiser Permanente, Optum, and Premera Blue Cross .
